Japan Marine Network Shipping (ONE) will acquire a majority stake in three container terminals located on the West Coast of the United States. Specifically, ONE has entered into transactions with Merchant Marine Mitsui and NYK to obtain a 51 percent ownership interest in both TraPac LLC and Yusen Terminals LLC (YTI).

The TraPac company operates as a container terminal operator, offering comprehensive container terminal services in both Los Angeles and Oakland. Meanwhile, YTI primarily specializes in providing container terminal services within the Los Angeles area.
